1. How do I place an order?

2. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, cancellations are not possible as the order is already being processed or shipped.

3. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, modifications to orders (items, sizes, or address changes) are not guaranteed. Please email us immediately at support@viralcarts.in for assistance.

4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 4โ€“8 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

5. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to most cities and towns across India.

6. Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above โ‚น499. A shipping fee of โ‚น49 may apply to smaller orders.

7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, youโ€™ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to track your package in real-time.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

9. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on selected products. An extra fee of โ‚น50 may apply.

10. Is it safe to shop on Viral Carts?
Absolutely. We use secure payment gateways and follow industry standards to keep your data protected.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused and in original condition.

13. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days to your original payment method.
